After your booking has been confirmed, this endorses that you agree to the following terms and conditions and to have taken knowledge of the following information:

Legal Escort service
I am registered as legally registered escort service and listed at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under number 61887145

There is a permit to operate an escort service issued under license number 1834811. My services wil be charged with 21% VAT and my VAT number is NL191787759B01. I advise you to always verify this kind of information before you approach an escort service. If you do not have access to this data then you probably have to do with an illegal operating escort service.

Prices
The rates on my website are including 21% VAT and travel expenses within the region.  For certain locations additional costs will be charged. This can be found on my website. My rates are, including all possible reductions on the rates or charges, clearly listed on the website. Negotiating the price is not possible, and is certainly not appreciated.

Notes & billing
If you want, you can always receive an invoice after your booking. I handle a discreet billing system. The name on the invoice is that of a registered trade name. There will be a general and discrete consultancy name on your credit card statement, bank debit or invoice. Needless to say, an escort service is a private issue and no business Declaration. Should you choose to add my note to your business administration, then that is your responsibility. The tax office might fine you for this!​

Payments & rates
​My rates, including my discount rates are explicitly written on the website.

The escort service has to be paid in advance and/or at the beginning of the escort service. I make distinction in last minute bookings, upfront bookings and packages (for explanation see my website). The payment for the “Last minute” bookings will mainly be done at the time of the appointment (on the spot). Only a small part has to be paid by tikkie in advance (see heading “Outcall”). These are bookings made within 6 hours before the agreed start time.

At an “Upfront” booking 50% of the total booking costs have to be paid in advance. In case of a so-called “Package” 50% has to be paid in advance as well. The appointment will be confirmed after receipt of the deposit. 

I use the following payment options:
1) Cash: since I don’t carry exchange money with me, the (remaining) payment due has to be handed over in an open envelope at the start of our date. The payment can be made in Euros or USD or GBP. In the two latter cases, I reckoned with the exchange rate of that day plus additional bank and exchange costs on which rounding is applied. When paying in foreign currency, you need to let me know in advance, so I can inform you about the exact amount to be paid.

​2) Bank transaction: Payment by bank is always possible, provided that it arrives before the booking takes place. Please consider the fact that payment from a foreign Bank account takes 2-3 days. When you have a Dutch Bank account, the easiest thing for me to do is to send you a “Tikkie”.

​3) Creditcards: You can also use your Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit cards to pay via a mobile ATM (10% surcharge). Please always mention this way in advance, because this might not always be possible.

​4) Payment by PIN: You can also use your pin card via my mobile ATM (5% surcharge).

5) Payment by crypto’s like Bitcoin: I am investigating this at the moment. I hope to be able to tell you soon whether this is possible or not

6) Payment by Gold or Silver: I am investigating this at the moment. I hope to be able to tell you soon whether this is possible or not

There are no deposits returned. Paid deposits are valid for a period of up to 3 months, so you have enough time to do another booking. After this period they will expire. Any costs incurred (such as travel expenses, hotel etc) will be deducted from the deposit.

In case a payment fails (for example with counterfeit money or by a cancelled electronic payment) you will receive an email reminder for this payment. If the payment is not made within 5 working days after sending the reminder, there will be a collection agency.

​Any additional costs will be for your own account. In this case the collection agency will also be provided with your personal and reservation data.

Appointments
I work with the following reservations:

1) Last-minute bookings: these are bookings made between 2-6 hours for the agreed start time.
2) Upfront bookings: these are bookings made in advance and for which a standard deposit of 50% should be paid.
3) Packages: these are special bookings made in advance and for which a deposit of 50% should be paid.

It is advised to book well in advance. The chance is bigger that I’m still available. Ad hoc reservations are possible, but my advice is to reserve at least 6 hours in advance, but preferably earlier or even the day(s) before. You can give me a phone call or send me a whatsapp message. I am not available for last minute bookings that take place within an hour. You should at all times take into account my preparation time and traveling time.

Any extension of your appointment is only possible after consultation and approval. Please check this ASAP! The sooner you decide, the more likely it is that this can be achieved (I refer also to the transport which must be able to be adjusted). If you decide this within the first hour of your booking, the “upfront” rate will be charged.  If you decide after the first hour the “last minute” rate will be charged for the extra time.

Punctuality
If the escort is delayed:

Punctuality is my key word! I will always do my best to be on time. However, it is possible that, for whatever reason, I arrive a little later than the agreed time of arrival. I understand that your patience is not unlimited and for bookings made in advance, you have the possibility to cancel your appointment without charge. This applies only in the case that I will arrive 30 minutes or even later and without notice. This does not apply to the last-minute appointments, which have been submitted 2-3 hours in advance and for appointments for which the delay is less than 30 minutes.

​If you are delayed:

Please inform me as soon as possible if you think that you are later than expected to be available for your appointment. If I’m not yet on the way to you, I’ll wait until I have received further information from you. However, if I am already on my way to you and/or already on site, I’ll wait up to 15 minutes after the intended start time at no extra cost. After that, the waiting time is deducted from your booking expensive. If you do want to finish the entire time we have to see what possibilities we have. I will of course do my best to fulfill your wishes as much as possible.

​Alcohol & drugs
I’m a light social drinker.  A glass of wine or champagne (or two) during the (dinner) date I find delicious. If I do not feel like drinking, you have to accept this. Large amounts of alcohol will not be served by me anyway.

I have a strict anti-drug policy. Please do not offer me drugs, or ask if I want to take drugs to your appointment. If you decide to use drugs yourself, I have no problems with that, provided that this is done in moderation.

If for any reason, however, I do not feel comfortable with the situation, I reserve the right to immediately terminate the booking, without refund.

Safe Sex
I have safe sex only. This means that condoms will be used for all types of sex, including oral gratification. If I choose to accept oral sex without condom, then I can not be held liable for any health risks.

In all forms of sex I will decide what I allow and what not. This is non-negotiable and/or up for discussion. I request you kindly but urgently not to ask me for unsafe sex, as this can lead to an uncomfortable situation. Frequently asking for unsafe sexual acts will result in an immediate termination of the appointment, without refund.

​International bookings
In addition to bookings in the Netherlands, I am also available to travel to international destinations. Ask me for my possibilities.

Most European cities require a posting duration of 1-2 days. Other cities around the world require a minimum duration of 4 days. Please inform in advance for the conditions per booking.

The traveling time will not be included in the booking expensive. As soon as I arrive, the booking starts and this ends when we are separating.

International bookings must be made at least 24 hours (Europe) and up to 48 hours (traveling worldwide) in advance (preferably a little bit longer in advance, as I do have another business as well and some other personal obligations, I have to take care off). I only travel to safe destinations where a positive travel advice applies. I need also to be accessible at all times. And most important we must have met before at least a couple of times!

​At all international bookings a prepayment of 100% of the booking amount and 100% of the travel costs is required. Only after receipt of the total payment I will start with the necessary arrangements. Therefore I recommend you to do such a booking well in advance. Please note that 21% VAT will be applied to all costs that fall outside the regular escort rate.

Transport for bookings outside the Netherlands
​When your destination within 5 hours can be reached by train or car, I will travel by train in first class or by luxury car transportation (that is up to me to decide, but will be discussed with you beforehand). The amount that will be charged for this, you will be notified in advance and you need to pay in advance.

For destinations that will have to be made by plane, there will be economy class travel for flights up to 4 hours. Flights from 4 hours or longer will be traveled in Economy plus (if available). If this do not succeed then will be diverted to business class.

I will never travel independently to or inside foreign countries. The most obvious option is that you join me to your destination. Should this not be possible then I will travel under the guidance of one of my chaperones. The travel costs of the chaperone come in this case for your account.

​Additional requirements for bookings of 24 hours or longer
You need to do your very best to make sure that I have a pleasant stay. Behave like a gentleman!

This means, among others, for giving me this opportunity to sleep at least 7 hours a night. For bookings of 24 hours or longer, I’ll need about 2 hours per day to have private time to spend. This includes maintaining contact with home, personal care, work and/or study.

I must at all times be accessible for the home front, regularly have access to the internet and are provided with at least 3 meals a day at your expense. For bookings of 24 hours or more I preferably also need a private hotel room, where I can withdraw myself if I want to. This is not a requirement, however, it is very common. If I am not feeling comfortable enough without my private room, then I reserve the right to cancel the booking free of charge.

​Cancellation policy
If I do not meet your expectations in terms of appearance or personality cancellation is possible. You need to inform me at least within the first 15 minutes of your booking. In this case, you can choose to receive a refund.

Refund is not possible in case the first 15 minutes of your booking have already passed, you touched or undressed me already, your behaviour is inappropriate, I do not feel safe at your location or the location in a different way is inappropriate, I refuse the booking because of a lack of hygiene or the booking takes place abroad.

In such situations you will be asked for the time you spent with me already, with a minimum of my minimum booking in your area. This cancellation fee will be asked to compensate me for my preparation time and travelling costs.

If you accept me for a booking, pay the agreed fee and continue the booking without any displeasure, no refunds can be requested (even if you indicate after the appointment that you were not completely satisfied). This is only possible if you make your displeasure known within 15 minutes. I will then do my utmost to try to find an appropriate solution.

If you do not do this then I conclude from this that you are satisfied and all costs are paid in exchange for the time I spend with you. The transaction will then be considered as completed.

When cancelling an international appointment at least 48 hours in advance, I will do my utmost to refund for the costs incurred (e.g. airline tickets). If this is not possible, these costs will be paid from your prepayment. 15% of the booking amount will have to be paid in that case. When an international booking between 24 and 48 hours before my departure is cancelled, the cancellation fee is 25% of the total booking amount. These costs are paid from your prepayment. The remainder of your prepayment will be credited.

​National bookings
Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances may cause you to have to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance, this is not a problem. I hope you will come back soon another time!

If you cannot take up your booking, within a period of 4-24 hours, will cancel in the case of an advance payment, already made this use as credit for a next appointment. Your credit amount remains valid for a period of up to 3 months, after which they will expire. If you do not have done a prepayment then I’ll turn a blind eye to this cancellation and I am assuming that this is only an occasional case. If within a period of 3 months or a next time this happens again, then I’m unfortunately forced, to charge an amount for the cancellation of € 300,00.

When cancelling a booking within 4 hours of the agreed time, I would ask you to pay me the minimum booking time in your area. This cancellation fee will be asked to compensate me for my preparation time and any traveling expenses.  I have kept my time especially for you and perhaps cancelled other bookings just to be with you.

In case you cancel while I just arrive at your place, please refer to the above passage “cancellation policy”.

If we have an appointment and upon arrival it turns out that you are not present, I will first try to reach you by telephone. In case of no response, I will in case of an already made advance payment, use this as the minimum booking for credit to pay for myself in your area (you will receive a bill for the minimum booking minus the prepaid expenses).

If you do not have done a prepayment I will charge a cancellation fee which is based on the minimum booking in the region where it was agreed.

Cancellation by escort
In the event of unforeseen circumstances where I have to cancel or interrupt a reservation due to private circumstances such as sudden urgent family circumstances, illness and other unforeseen reasons, all possible costs fell. You only need to pay for the time that I’ve been with you.

I’m not liable for any damage or cost as a result of this cancellation. I offer you my sincerest apologies for this difficult situation and will do my best to offer a suitable solution.

​Discretion
Discretion is as important to you as for me. Information you provided me are extremely confidential and will only be used for verification. This information will remain confidential at all times, and never be provided to third parties. I do my very best to keep all your information confidential. If in the unlikely event that your data be known anyway, I can here in no way to be held liable.

Persons with false information places bookings, book me without showing up, will be identified and summoned. In this case I reserve the right to publish your data on both open and closed anti-impostor Web sites, black lists and other related platforms.

At all times it is strictly forbidden to ask me for my private data, such as my real name, phone number or other personal information. Strict measures will be taken when undermining this condition.

It is strictly prohibited to make photo or video material during an appointment. In this way if you are infringing on my privacy than the police will be enabled.

In case of a hotel appointment you need to meet me either in the hotel lobby, the hotel bar, restaurant or waiting outside to pick me up. This to avoid misunderstandings and possible unpleasant situations.

I case of meetings at a hotel I am discreetly dressed, at all times.

Security and protection
My safety has the highest priority. My security takes all possible precautions to protect me and to guard against any kind of danger, damage, and health risks. I have the ability hiring a private driver or personal security. In order to maintain a positive atmosphere, these will never be noticed by you. They are primarily in the background.

Anyone who attempts to threaten me, mislead me, to injure me or to rip off another opportunity my security in the way, will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted. All data known to me will be transferred to the police.

Minimum age
The minimum age for the use of my services is 21 years. If I doubt, I may ask you for your ID. If you do not want to or cannot show this legitimacy your booking will immediately be terminated. The cancellation fee is based on my minimum booking in the region where it was agreed.

​Location requirements
I can only visit you at your hotel or at your home. The location must have some sanitary equipment so that I can refresh myself before, during and after the appointment. I’m not available for appointments on unkempt and/or unsanitary locations, in cars, (couples) clubs, unsafe neighborhoods.

If this will be the case upon arrival, then I reserve the right to immediately terminate the booking. There will be cancellation fees which are based on my minimum booking in the region where it was agreed.

​Client requirements
The minimum age for clients is 21 years. There may be asked for your credentials (see also section “Minimum age”). Also you are required to indicate the number of persons present at the location where you wish to meet me. If I find more persons than indicated unexpectedly upon arrival, the booking will be terminated immediately. There will be cancellation fees which are based on my minimum booking in the region where it was agreed. If I refuse the appointment because of your lack of hygiene, an unsuitable location, behavior or attitude, your reservation will be immediately terminated. There will be cancellation fees which are based on my minimum booking in the region where it was agreed.

​Companionship-only bookings
At a reduced rate (see my website) I am also available for Companionship-only bookings. This booking is excluded any kind of intimacy. Other than a civilized gesture, it is during such agreements not allowed to kiss or touch me. If you ask for sexual handlings during such a booking, I will suggest (if I am open to this) to convert to a “normal” date.

The additional costs involved, will have to be handed over to me directly (this will be the rate for the “last minute booking”).

If you ask for sexual favors and I do not want this, I will indicate this to you. If you continue after several warnings, then I reserve the right to immediately terminate the booking. There will be a cancellation fee which is based on my minimum booking in the region where it was agreed.

​Refusing clients
I reserve the right to refuse any customer at any time without notice or explanation, for any reason. Inappropriate behavior, location, hygiene, a lack of availability etc can be possible reasons for refusal.

I am never obliged to stay with you if I am feel uncomfortable. Also, I am not required to provide certain services that you request. The consideration for the time and energy I invest in you, regardless of what actions take place during such an agreement or not. This remains at all times my own choice.
